Still doesn't make sense to 'protect' from NATO when NATO countries are an important and very dependent gas customer that can be crippled with cut off gas supplies in war situations.

But there is something very scary making territory gains towards Russia. NWO/EU expansion with unlimited uncontrollable violent illegal Muslim and African population replacements free to roam an open border 'Schengen' system.
