I've lived under the threat of nuclear annihilation all my life, as have the rest of you. I remember in elementary school being told how to stay away from windows, not to look at the blast, and to hide under the desks, if the Commies dropped the Big One near our school. There used to be an air raid siren so close to my house, I could hit it with a rock while standing in my front yard. For a few years they would test it every few months, and I would hear this eerie wail that was like the cry of a dying banshee. Then they stopped testing it. Eventually they tore it down and carted it away, and built a house where it had stood.

My point is, I'm not worried about nuclear war. I haven't got the energy for it. If it happens, it happens, and there's not a damn thing I can do to stop it, or start it either, for that matter. It's in the same category as floods, lightning strikes, forest fires and earthquakes. From my perspective, it will be an Act of God, even if it is senile pedophilic Joe Biden who pushes the button.
