EDIT: Perhaps we're miscommunicating here. I scanned the image of the woman with the bandage into Tineye, not the image of the building it overlayed. The woman's bandaged face picture was first seen on Feb 24, 2022.

Well it's certainly not something posted years ago and repurposed as was implied here. This is a recent photograph as far as being posted on a web site is concerned. Tineye is very thorough at what it does.
