Lbry allows the upload of documents and is fully distributed and accepts anonymous uploads. If you use a vpn when doing the original upload it doesn't know the IP source supposedly. Then it's broken into pieces and distributed across the swarm in encrypted pieces so no one knows what pieces are where.

Any file with a name could have most recent data added to the name documentxxx20211218.doc for example

Then if someone wanted to add to it they could download that date and quickly add and upload again with the latest date.

Lbry works now. It's got a lot of video but can take any file type.

It's supposedly completely uncensorable.

Think of a more advanced BitTorrent where a lot of the connecting info is permanently on a Blockchain and ip addresses are shielded in the swarm and there is no Central server or group to shut down. There is only a swarm and Blockchain.

Now if you sign up for rewards etc then obviously you are no longer anonymous.

Anyway could store data like lists along with info supporting the reason the entry was input. For example important papers or people with info about covid treatments and friendly doctors etc.

It would be useful to store documents which will inevitably be deemed by the FBI as showing 'intention to commit a terror', but are obviously just a fat basement autist collecting 4chan posts which he thinks are funny.

And a set of lbry links might be easier to conceal than terabytes of dirt on Hillary Clinton or Biden's hair sniffing videos, which are just too dangerous to keep on your own PC now.
