Macron is only reacting to the surge of Zemmour in the polls. They can close hundreds of mosques if they want, it won't change anything. Most of the radicalized mosques are working underground anyway. Thousands of hidden mosques exist in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy Great Britain etc etc . The intelligence agencies all over Europe know about it for decades and they can't stop it with the tools and laws they have now. All macron is doing is posing as hard on Muslims for electoral purposes.
