It is even more pathetic than that. The entire continent has a year round growing season, and South of the Sahara, most places have an abundance of wild food and animals growing. Firearms can be purchased for $1 USD. If it was anybody else instead of Africans living there, is would be the most prosperous continent on Earth.
Rhodesia used to feed themselves and three other neighboring countries with just what they alone produced. Now Zimbabwe imports 100% of the calories they consume.
Most of that is donated as well.
Africa could feed the entire planet's population and easily have surplus.
If you ever get a chance, stand on the BUS 90 bridge in New Orleans. It's the southern-most bridge over the Mississippi River. Watch and count the bulk cargo barges piled with grain, all on it's way to leaving the US.
The United States could feed the entire worlds population, all 7 billion of them, with the agricultural output of just three states.

there are absolutely no Chinese in Africa, nope, none, they wouldn't dream of going there to out-compete every nigger business and bribe the local politicians to look the other way...
Nor would they dream of creating a lab grown biological weapon to kill off all blacks and just take over the continent, ending their lack of land for their population and their lack of farmland available to feed their population.
The Chinese build a lot of infrastructure there. They take huge amounts minerals in return, but they bring prosperity. The traditional approach (Brits, CIA) was to bribe, topple governments and prop up warlords to get the minerals.
Bribery is literally Chinese culture.
That's not how this works, China are building a massive port in Lamu, Kenya ($23 billion corridor), this is funded from Ethiopia, South Sudan and Kenyan budgets, when they fail to make repayments on that, China will own the port. The strategy is all about getting dumb nogs to build grand schemes and get in over their heads, at which point China steps in and runs it.
This isn't "prosperity", this is handing their countries over to China to set up new businesses, all of which will be Chinese owned, nogs will just be the people sweeping the floors and living in ghettos while new Chinese people emigrate to their new colony

China doesn't need nogs for anything, they are just there to exploit them.
