The Yahoo article forgot to mention that someone from the UN wants Musk to throw 6 billion on a problem that the UN could not solve with a 8 billion budget. Musk's answer is that it is possible to solve the problem with 6 billion, all that is needed is transparent accounting.

How many trillions have we already spent on Africa? And they are still fucking starving. Because the nigger's reaction to everything is to breed like rabbits. 1) STOP FEEDING THEM. Their population will naturally decline to a state that is sustainable within the resources they already have at hand. 2) Then stop taking then in. It is even more pathetic than that. The entire continent has a year round growing season, and South of the Sahara, most places have an abundance of wild food and animals growing. Firearms can be purchased for $1 USD. If it was anybody else instead of Africans living there, is would be the most prosperous continent on Earth.
