... I can assure you that this money, the money that was spent after the earthquake, was not spent on the people of Haiti.

The State that we have today is a predatory state that is governed by a few corrupt oligarchs who seek to control the key areas of development.
@ 6:18
Public opinion today is demanding a different country, a different system, and it is fortunate that it is I who is at the head of the country today because I am ready for this new system. A new system where players must cast aside their personal interests and giver priority to the interests of the people. And what are the interests of the people? Social rights and economic rights.

... I said that the country has five problems ... corruption, corruption, corruption, corruption, and corruption.... and now it as though the vision of this fight that I am conducting against corruption is being distorted* but I myself am clear about things ... Things that were to cost the State USD 200,000 to 300,000 were done for as much as USD 1.5 million.
@ 11:13
... we are now in the process ... to strengthen the State ... that its role is now to server the people... There has been confusion between the State and the private sector, so as President of the Republic, I said: "No, this has to stop."
@ 14:06
... there are people who wanted me to be seen as being someone who was against the people but I obtained the power that I have by speaking out.
In 2015 and 2016 I fought against an entire system in order to get to where I am now ... I am in the process of telling the truth to my people. And I am also in the process of obtaining for them what is owed to them ...
* distorted by propaganda depicting Moise as a dictator?
@ 15:00
... I can tell you that I am sticking to my plan and following it. I have already told you that I am want to work with other people because at a political, social, and economic level there are certain people who behave correctly* and I want to work with those people in order to point the country in the direction of change, development, and growth.
But that is not an easy task because corruption is a mighty machine, and when that machine turns against you you have to have the courage to fight against that machine.
* Is this a reference to Venezuela and Cuba?

In Haiti there are man groups claiming to be human rights groups, but are in fact radical opposition groups of people who want to gain power through non-democratic means, while posing as human rights groups.
