What @500five said. O's know that everyone's following Israel's lead: they're simply putting on a show, so that the rest of the world goes, "That's unaccepta— uh, well... really? *they're* doing it? No... well, they must know something... okay let's do it." They know they have to lead by "example," so they're doing it. In the end, though, O's always stick together against any external influence: and *that's* what matters.
