Makes sense. I'm actually suprised they haven't already done it. They could ramp up very quickly. We should get an estimate of how much plutonium and neptunium they have stored throughout their extinsive reactor network. They could probably get a couple dozen plutonium weapons ready in a couple weeks to months, based on just whats sitting in their piles and pools. And just like that... the world got a whole lot more dangerous...
