Of course Biden will try to sink the Nord Stream 2 pipeline - this is exactly what Burisma paid for. Their problem is that the Europeans fear that gas cannot get pipelined though the Ukraine when the Ukrainians got to war against the Russian speaking minority again, and everybody knows that they will do that sooner or later to distract from the failing economy. And Biden cannot offer US liquid gas to the Europeans as a replacement and stop fracking at the same time.
