When it comes to making bets on the future of your nation, "in general" is what matters.
Giving a female power and hoping they aren't going to act like a female is a seriously asinine thought process.
Exceptional women exist, to be sure, but forgetting that 95% of them follow a distinct behavioral pattern is societal suicide.

E: And I want to make it clear: 0.000001% of women are good leaders; 0.0005% of men are good leaders. It is obvious women suck at leading, but the vast majority of men suck at leading as well.
