The Philippines is in bad shape with this virus. They have some very rough shutdown measures and most people rely on day to day business for money there which have been eliminated. The wooflu hasn't caused the deaths but the shutdown has. Since most of them are more stupid then in US the best thing is to send them the vaccine so they can open up and study what happens to them. I say give it to them. Itll be the best for everyone. I have a home there and haven't been able to go since all this started. The quarantine you have to go through when going from island to island is ridiculous. I'd have to quarantine for 6 weeks just to get to my home. You land, quarantine. You leave that island, you quarantine. You leave that island, quarantined again. It sucks there right now.
