Moscow. No blacks. No Tacos. Damn near no Asians (some of them are ok). They are hated because they protect their country like the Japanese do. They refuse "migration" and hold their culture at their core. There is plenty of stuff wrong with Russia/Moscow but comparing any of their major cities to a 'modern' American "multicultural" shithole... Well. It is not hard to figure out which one you would pick.
