Poland: If you're now called for military service, you have just 6 hours to report. The penalty for failure to report is 3 years in prison. If you can't make it there on time, call the commander & explain why. If you fail to show up & avoid military service, you will be imprisoned for 5 years.

But especially for European civilians, this also says that you need to be prepared for trouble and build your own personal resilience as best you can.
Even by building up a stock of food and thinking about keeping warm when the grid goes down.
