A little bit exaggerated. There is no full-scale withdrawal of American forces. A bunch of protestors loyal to Moqtada Al-Sadr recently stormed the palace to send a message to the pro-Iran / PMF. This is happening because of a conflict between factions loyal to Moqtada Al Sadr and the pro-Iran factions (PMF). Iraq has been without a government for the last several months due to a political gridlock between the aforementioned parties.
