that's a real possibility. much like recessions, you only know you're in these types of events after the fact. we have lagging indicators that don't tell us when or as they start but after the fact.
and that's my point. we very well could be in one or both of these events now. history books may say in the future that the second civil war started in 2016 or 2020. i guess it depends on who wins what how they'll read.
