If the rest of the world isn't playing by the rules, seizing Russia's and its citizens' assets, why should Russia honor its debts, mostly to the same entities that have imposed 'sanctions' on it?

Next headline should be "Russia sends cruise missile to banks that have frozen Russian accounts"
