You mean ... the marriage loophole that most liberal states completely shit on? Did you know in Jersey if you buy a gun and your wife uses it to shoot an assailant, YOU, the owner of said gun have now committed a felony? Except when it comes to anything else, this same exact loophole is happily used to fuck over one of the people in the same relationship. Example, I can be married and easily buy a car without my spouse's permission, but somehow this logic does NOT apply to guns ...
