In countries with socialized health systems hospital staff are govt employees. Welcome to the DMV (or any govt department you've ever dealt with).

It is not a problem of socialism, it is a problem of management

once something is too big to fail you end up in this mess, regardless is private or public

question: what mechanism can be in place to have patients feedback on the quality of services ? Plus firing the manager, clearly

You're dreaming. There is NO feedback and never will be. The VA here is the states is an example of a tottering medical estabishment that is there for the government not Veterans. No amount of "feedback" will do squat. Been there done that. THEY DON'T CARE.

I agree that there is no "feedback" now

I wrote that there is the need for one mechanism that works (yes, the current one does not work)

The key point is that private or public is the same once they grow at the "monopoly" level

se second point is that people need to want a punishment mechanism for illegal behavior to have actually happen.

American and had to wait 9 hours to get a huge gash in my head stitched shut. Place was not even busy that day. They were more interested in treating the hobos on drugs. My father and I called them out on that when all said and done.

Those are the sort of wait times you get in the the US too.
