Oceans are friggin huge and a little radioactive water won't hurt. The only potential problem is if the radiactive isotopes disproportionately accumulate in living things and then make it into the food chain and to us.

no need to worry even if there is massive environmental damage we will be so focused on civil strife do to food and fuel shortages we will just let it go
