Thats what this is. Because israel and the u.s. run ukraine, and thats been the playbook of both for ages.
It's not them trying to provoke ww3.
It's them bluffing by using ruthlessness to suggest to the russians they can't win.
It's easy to see when you look at the image of apparent invincibility both israel and the u.s. try to project, and extrapolate from there what the goal is here.
They want to drag it out as long as possible, without facing pushback at a level that otherwise forces an ultimatum or capitulation.
