This has been a problem - the Russian cats were pretty unified in their support of Putin. But here's the problem, other cats, not from Russia, have also been supporting Putin, so we need to extend this ban across the world to any other cats that have also exhibited wrongthink. IMHO Belarusian cats, China cats and Brazilian cats should also banned, at the very least.
