Nah mate, you are wrong. Those two bimbo's are from the Police Training Academy & they are too young & stupid to do anything about it. NZ has run out of cops as they have either been dismissed because of 'Mandates', or they have had enough of the 'System' & resigned. The Police commissioner had to beg & plead on national TV for tow truck operators to come & move cars, guess what? Nobody showed up so this dude arrives & hooks up the cop car for shits & giggles - geddit?
