I think this is proof that weather control is not something (((TPTB))) is capable of. Why would they make Western nations colder when they want us to believe that winter snow is something of the past due to 'climate change'? If they could control the weather, they would make certain the weather would match their predictions and timeline of events. They wouldn't want to make things confusing if they say it's supposed to be getting hotter and instead it gets colder and with more snowfall. It really goes against the notion that they can control the natural weather systems.
But...if they somehow can control the weather, they really suck at it.
