I'm going to predict the future here and say that something pretty bad will pop off in USA first and that's when we'll see lots of other countries release their pent up anger.
I don't have a strong argument for why but it just seems like how this will go.

On average shit is still pretty normal there, just like here. Bad is if there's no water or electricity.
