In the comment section, people expressed their sympathy for the single mother and speculated about the desperation which could have driven her into drug-related activities.

She has nine children and still made the choice to traffic drugs. She didn't do it out of desperation because she if she cared about her kids she would have found another way. Also, it's clear that she has no self control if she keeps spreading her legs and popping out nine children from probably nine different men. She's not marginalized- she's just a whore who traffics drugs and got caught.

I remember seeing a cartoon with a black youth sitting on a curb. Caption: No job, no hope, no education. . . don't worry, he'll turn to drugs and then we've got him.

No job, no hope, no education

All of those things are remedied by actually getting up off that curb and doing something about it. He can get a job. He can muster up hope. He can educate himself or go to school. It all starts with him deciding not to be useless and weak. He will turn to drugs because it is easy, although ironically he will do it as a job, get educated about the business and have hope that he can make some mad money doing so. He could turn that towards another legal trade but instead he chooses the easy way. It is on him that he becomes a criminal from that choice.

Trafficking drugs is a legitimate business in Libertarian ideology as long as the drugs are not purposefully poisoned. People buy what they want and drug sellers are providing a product that is bought at will not by force.

Being coerced to get injected with something In order to keep your job is much more evil but you are just going along with the mainstream narrative about drugs.

We don't live in a Libertarian ideology.

We don't live in a Libertarian ideology but it's an example of the correct way to think about drugs. If you want things to get better you must do away with the way you support the drug war in your ideology. Drug wars are only used to control people, the higher ups make sure the drugs keep coming in while blaming the users and low level traffickers.
