I find that when the Russians make statements of this kind, they are usually correct. I mean, what do we know for sure? We know somebody drilled a hole in the side of the space station. You don't need to be Sherlock Holmes to narrow down the list of suspects. One of them did it.

That it was done on a Russian area makes me think someone wanted the Russians to be blamed.
