So, he calls his 'friends' in the CIA, tells them he needs help moving the money. (I'm sure they're laughing behind his back, at this stage.) They send my friends, a handful of mercenaries, who, in the midst of moving the money, is found by a group of tonton macoute hold outs. In fact, the tonton macoute holdouts also work for the CIA. Rather than get in a shoot out between two groups of CIA assets, my friends literally call the Haiti version of 911. Local police chase off tonton macoute, hold onto the $80 million. President, with no place to stash it, must bring it home. Where he sits on it for about a year and a half. As soon as they found his hiding spot, the tonton macoute returned for the money and killed the president under a CIA directive. He was a loose end who was trying to get out of the country with evidence of Clinton crimes. Not because he wanted to expose them, but because his pile of money exposes them and he wouldn't give it up.
