Read in WSJ today that China has been going about doing this shit or restructuring debts only for everyone to find out that they got deals for noncash influence or leases Sri Lanka airport or port recently, they defaulted or something but China nigg'd a 99-year lease instead (strategic location in Indian Ocean)
