If countries were serious about stopping the drug trade then they would make drug trafficking a capital offense. Also possession of any illegal drugs. Otherwise they're just participating in the profits from illegal drugs. Either make drugs a truly prohibited offense or legalize the drugs. Anything else is just bullshit.
