CNBC is reporting (archive.is) on the preliminary report you linked to. Must be a slow news day if CNBC is posting anything even slightly anti-China.
Based on our newly updated preliminary estimates for 2019, global emissions—including emissions of all six Kyoto gases, inclusive of land-use and forests and international bunkers—reached 52 gigatons of CO2-equivalent in 2019, a 11.4% increase over the past decade.
As much as I want to agree with the article, I remain skeptical of any 'new' or 'preliminary' report findings.
The article say "Based on our newly updated preliminary estimates for 2019"
Not only is preliminary, it is also an estimate
Plain FUD
China still dirty asshole.
You are free to say whatever you wish, free speech is top priority
Just do not frame it as something that is measured and sapled in the correct way
That would be laying or at elast we cound agree that stating flse things is "not good"
China is cleaner than U.S.? Fuck no.
