didn't happen. if you slow down vid, you can see the first one fell with hands covering his head on the edge of the pavement, and probably was still fine, but then this second dude fell on his head, and the third one with blue backpack fell on this first dude's head too, while the second one seem he has his foot over no1 dude's head. and some 4th guy filming all that. You don't know who is that first dude, was he really protester?, but his head was fractured by these two antifa falling on him in really weird way. I'd say on purpose, to get good bloody pics from that "protest", but idk.
