It'd make no different. Look at the USA. Everybody's got guns. Can they change the usurper president? Weapons are useless if everybody's on their own, those who rule are the only ones who can organize and exert power. I was going to respond with a comment about government snipers, then I remembered Lon Horiuchi. I was then going to talk about people needing to organize, then remembered how the feds have infiltrated everything.
