Most of the problem remains policy errors. They would need to: 1. Make birth control very difficult to obtain. 2. Outlaw porn. 3. Make divorce difficult to obtain. 4. Economically disincentive businesses from hiring women. 5. Economically incentivize all businesses, industries, and farms to hire fathers who support families. 6. Incentivize trades, crafts, and guilds to apprentice more teen boys and men. 7. Eliminate all social justice curriculum from every education facility in country. Make the teaching a felony with costly fines and dissolution of institutions that tolerate it. 8. Increase alcohol treatment facilities, incentivize treatment, and publicly honor those who seek treatment without shaming those who struggle. 9. Increase land grant and farming opportunities throughout its Siberian regions with incentives for individuals to remain tied to the lands for a minimum of 10 years with increasing incentives for those who make continual improvements to land grant each year. 10. Build an interstate freeway and rail system to tie and facilitate population dispersion across the vast territories while integrating economic systems.
