I kinda think its smart at this point to take the side of whoever BBC is against. The Tatmandaw military regime did one of the basest moves I have seen in decades by any government, which was to expel several thousand illegal immigrant terrorists back to their real country of Bangladesh. That was a very popular move with most Burmese.

Burma has about 30 different ethnic groups and about half of them have an independence movement. It seems very weird to me that these groups haven’t assimilated more as ethnic regions tend to do within powerful nation states over time. The military holds the whole shitshow together. Barely. I wouldn’t say I understand the political scene there well. But I think we all know enough at this point to automatically side with so called “democratic reformers” that are sold to us in such situations as they usually just turn out to be some jewish puppet.

If only Trump had done that in June, the world would be an infinitely better place.

So, is the BBC now making the argument in favour of an armed populous?
