Clear it all out, they must pay for genocide of French and other Europeans. We could have nice place to grow sugar, coffee, God knows what magnificent tropical fruits. Nice beaches too. Most of their leftover pollution/trash would be so primitive wouldn't take long for hot/humid natural forces to digest.
