Novichok is a chemical weapon that the Soviet Union tried to make airborne, without success. Decades later, Porton Down presented a poison they named "Novichok" and attributed to Russia, they say that they found it at the poisoned double agent and later in a perfume flask. So, the Germans have found that Navalny had traces of the Proton Down poison in his blood. The "Russian opposition" (Soros NGO) had to change their story many times, like the British had to change their story of the "highly likely" FSB operation many times. They have won the public opinion, but only because of massive invention by western media.
