A 6.3 earthquake isn't massive. It's moderate. You don't get "massive" until you go over 7.

the building where it happened were not built for earthquakes (very old) zargab and surrounding villages.

if you look at the pictures it is basically in ruins

yeah, epicenter was in some small town near Zagreb, but the earthquake was felt in whole wide area... was really nasty strong one, like being on a boat.
