We're talking 3.5 years now, though. I have never seen precedence for not having him even meet his lawyer and not able to meet with a judge while other people are meeting digitally. No proof of life since then? Why can't he do the proceedings digitally like other low end criminals? When has there been precedence to keep someone past their sentence? Not even a picture, video, hand written statement?
