I'm not the only one in my circle of friends that has family in Italy. A buddy of mine was just telling me about two of his cousins, who own a bar in their town outside of Naples. No quarantine. No closures. Just 'wear a mask if you want.' His cousins are required to have hand sanitizer available for the bar patrons, though. So there's that.
