I've been exchanging texts with cousins of mine in Rome, Palermo, and Milan. All three tell the exact same story. You can't leave the house unless you're going to the grocery store, the bank (ATM), or the pharmacy. There are police everywhere enforcing safe space minimums and keeping people off the streets.
