It's a matter of perspective, always From my POV, gays, are potentially more of a sanitary threat than heterosexuals, because aids and shit, because poligamy also, and I suspect that religions who ban gays, understood just that Primary concern is survival of the group, for such old books, it's not just novels for the sake of it Also, gays are factually bugged, sexually bugged for one reason or another. Society would be made entirely of gays it would vanish in about 1 generation, which isn't the case with heterosexual. And I believe religions referred above also took note of that fact.
