There is no "right" version of the bible, it's a book talking about a desert god and his semitic people. If you are not of semitic origin then it has nothing to do with you.

Organized religion is strictly regulated there. Just as alcohol is strictly regulated here. You can proselytize here, and you can drink a beer while walking down the street there.
