I don't like to start sentences with "So" but I'll make an exception here:

So we got a new boss. The transition seemed harmless enough at first. Turns out, he's one of those tiny men that can't take an ounce of criticism without lashing out. The type that was beaten by his dad or by the other kids in school or both.

Anything, and I do mean any thing that goes against little Napoleon's mind, will get you into trouble. Because the little man feels attacked and he goes right to the feels instead of sticking to the facts.

We'll meet one day, in the server room, with no witnesses.

Thank you. My coworkers are almost all top notch, great bunch of people and very competent in their jobs. Some have been at the outfit for almost as long as I, approaching 4 decades.

There's a limit of crap I'm willing to take. If and when that is reached, there will be a gradual change in my work ethics. Lining up something new that's also worthwhile is not easy at my age. Some things still have to fall into place until my wife and I reach relative financial independence. For now, it gets closer each passing month.

Love the idea of being a nuisance. I'll keep that in my bag o' tricks. :)
