I don't like to start sentences with "So" but I'll make an exception here:

So we got a new boss. The transition seemed harmless enough at first. Turns out, he's one of those tiny men that can't take an ounce of criticism without lashing out. The type that was beaten by his dad or by the other kids in school or both.

Anything, and I do mean any thing that goes against little Napoleon's mind, will get you into trouble. Because the little man feels attacked and he goes right to the feels instead of sticking to the facts.

We'll meet one day, in the server room, with no witnesses.
