Just tell them that you are non binary, paint a single finger nail and make sure it is seen in meetings. Now you are in the top ten and probably given a bonus.
Even better, if you get pissed off you can just ask for a few mental health days to talk with your therapist and get back in touch with your true self.
Depending on the state you live in, record it all if it's single party and don't tell them.
Lol I like the way you think.
It get's better. If you have a true cunt of a boss you can say you felt "Targeted" and that they refused to believe in your "Identity" and were making it a "Hostile Workplace".
Use the woke weapons against them. You just have to be willing to commit some.
Hell, If I had to deal with that bullshit I would shave my head, get a wig and tell them that my new name is Karen and they will respect it or they will be reported. (Must have a Karen style wig).
While that would be fun to see them squirm, it would undo a couple of things: I have refused to add my pronouns to my email signature for as long as they have been "suggesting" it. A different VP told that it "was noticed" that I didn't have my pronouns in my email signature. My response was to smile and say "thanks for noticing" and then just maintain eye contact and keep smiling. He looked at me for a bit and then walked away without saying anything more.
The other thing I have been fighting against is taking their "voluntary" quiz which gets people to "voluntarily" disclose their age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity etc. If they can't look at me and know that I am a straight white man, that is their problem, not mine. I got an email from the CEO asking me to please take the quiz because they can't legally ask me these questions, but the company has signed agreements that they are bound to (probably those ones from Blackrock and others where they say if you don't meet these DEI guidelines then Blackrock and others won't invest in the company anymore). I replied to that one and used their words against them (told them it was racist and is judging people by the color of the skin instead of the content of their character).
If I suddenly told them I was trans/faggot/whatever, it would undo my positions on the above 2 stances. I am considering finding some quack of a doctor who hands out diagnosises like candy, and getting her to declare me as being autistic. If I got that, then I might update my email signature say my pronouns are retard/retarded and watch them squirm as they struggle with calling me a retard or having me complain for them not respecting my pronouns. If I had that diagnosis, I could just speak freely and then use that piece of paper as a shield if anyone at work had a problem with anything I say. They'll argue against the truth, but they can't argue against a "disability".
