ANY Company that is found to be doing this should be shut down entirely, all of its assets taken, its bosses/owners rounded up and jailed for 20 years+. WE ALL KNEW THIS WAS GOING ON. NOW ITS PROVEN. END H1B Entirely, deport all of them NOW.

However, in order for applications for permanent residency to be successful, companies must certify their inability to find a suitable American candidate to take the position they’re looking to fill with a foreign national. Unsurprisingly, that means some companies have been incentivized to hide job openings from U.S. citizen and resident applicants.

>Should Americans be prohibited from sharing open job opportunities with each other? The food-delivery platform Instacart seems to think so. Step back in time for a moment to former President George H.W. Bush, who signed the Immigration Act of 1990 — a bill championed by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.). He promised that it would “dramatically” increase the number of immigrants to America and encourage migration by “exceptionally talented people.” Several new visa categories were created with that aim in mind, including the H-1B for foreign nationals working in “specialty occupations.” Companies such as Instacart can sponsor employees on H-1B visas to reside in the U.S. for up to six years. They can also sponsor them for permanent residence. (In fact, companies must sponsor their employees if they want to keep them around for more than six years.)

Trump ran on a backroom promise to the silicon valley rats that he wouldn't mess with their H-1B slave labor. Legal immigration is at least as big a problem as illegal immigration. They are both the ethnic replacement or White people in our homelands. They'll just distract us for four years and never do anything about it. We need to do more than complain online about it. We need to organize.

ten times what the job pay annually plus would be a start at current rates.

Require the jobs to be advertised in all states at the employment offices in all states, they could have it so it was scripted so it applied in all states with a few keystrokes. Also in all free million plus users online job sites. Simple as that.

I still want anyone involved in this in jail for at a minimum of 20 years. They deserve it. Also, every shit skin that they hired should have them and their entire family banned from America for 100 years.
