I have said it before. I will take lower pay to work remote, I am ok with this.
If the company is too then they get higher quality work for lower cost. I know for a fact that I don't get nearly as much done as quickly in a office because of the forced socialization of people annoying me while I am trying to do my damn job and how common it is for "meeting creep" (ex. this meeting could have been a fucking email you twat).
If I am asked to RTO I will just find a new job. Simple as that. Also, NO I will not be training my replacement for any reason. Deal with it.
