I am not a Zoomer, I don't need to be in the office for the work I do and I have not needed to be in 20 fucking years other than a piece of shit "manager" that wanted to make sure a ass was in a chair. Some jobs require your staff to be in person and I agree with that but there are a lot that dont. If your people are not doing their job you have the wrong people, fire them and replace them with people that DO their fucking jobs.
